Aluminum 15 × 15 × 1 mm square profile with rib

Short description
Square aluminum profile with a 10 mm wide flange on the edge. The flange covers the edge and the joint of panels and metal sheets, giving the construction a clean, closed look. This allows for the creation of frames, covers, boxes, and aviaries without the need for additional trims.

Custom cutting
You select the length from 100 to 6,000 mm in 1 mm increments. Cutting is done straight at a 90° angle. Cutting tolerance: ±0.5 mm (saw cut with stop).

Miter cut on the flange (optional)
Upon request, we can cut the flanges at all ends at a 45° angle. Only the flange is beveled; the hollow profile remains straight. This allows the flanges to meet cleanly at a corner and cover the joint.

Suitable accessories
The profile has the same outer dimensions as the 15 mm square profiles. Connectors for 15 × 15 × 1 mm are compatible.

Note
The profile can be shortened using a metal saw or a cutting disc for aluminum.
