Whether accessories, a small aquarium or a large terrarium: we ship your order as a parcel or on a pallet depending on its size, weight and composition. You will see the total shipping costs at checkout after entering your delivery address and before completing the order.

Which shipping method is suitable for your tank depends on several factors, including its dimensions, weight and glass thickness. The following overview shows the base prices.

For small aquariums, we can pack two suitable tanks together in one box. Larger or heavier tanks will be shipped on a pallet if necessary; the pallet pricing structure further down applies in this case.

To protect the glass, we pack each terrarium in its own box.
For multiple aquariums or terrariums shipped by parcel, reduced prices apply to additional parcels. The most expensive parcel is charged first at the full base price. This discount does not apply to small tanks with a base price of €11 and a second small tank in the same box for an additional €5.50.

If the calculated parcel costs reach €99, we switch to a small pallet for €99, provided the order fits on it. For an aquarium ordered additionally after this, our pricing structure provides for switching to a large pallet for €119. Size-related pallet prices and possible surcharges must also be taken into account.
Some accessories can be shipped together with an aquarium at no additional shipping cost. You will find the requirements in the table.

We ship aluminum profiles over 2 m in length on a small pallet. Bases with a wooden or glass top are always shipped on a pallet; the base price is determined by the following pallet pricing structure.
We ship large, long or heavy tanks on a pallet. The base prices for the first pallet are determined by the size of your goods.

Each additional pallet required costs €89 at the base price. For international deliveries, the respective international surcharge also applies to each additional pallet.

We deliver to the EU. For international deliveries, a surcharge depending on the delivery country and weight is added to the base price. The total shipping costs are displayed at checkout after you enter your address.
For each additional pallet, the international surcharge is calculated again.
The following surcharges apply to deliveries to German islands, for example the North Sea Islands:
The surcharge is determined by your delivery postal code. It is taken into account in the shipping costs at checkout.
Our regular shipping calculation covers goods up to 3 m in length. For larger items or special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
